My name is Nili Bergida, a body psychotherapist specializing in dream work. Since 2014 I have been researching the integration of dreamwork and lucid dreams in particular, in the therapeutic process. I lecture, facilitate workshops and offer lucid dreaming coaching.
I experienced my first lucid dream in 1993, when I was 15 years old, after about a month of practicing an induction technique called “reality checks”. This dream left me with a deep wonder about the mysteries of mind and consciousness.
Since that first lucid dream, I’ve experienced many nights, dreams and different states of consciousness. Along the way, I gained experience, knowledge and tools which I use in therapy, in order to help my patients discover their inner world and experience life to the fullest.
I offer integrated therapy that includes talk therapy, focusing on body sensations and working with dreams of all kinds (including lucid dreaming training, according to the patient’s needs). I have been lucky enough to offer my patients therapy and support with help from the fascinating world of dreams.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a freelance consultant for the third sector in the field of data driven management. Former partner at a consulting company.
I graduated from the body psychotherapy five-year program at the Reidman International College for Complementary and Integrative Medicine. As part of my studies at Reedman College I completed my practicum at the Abarbanel Mental Health Medical Center. This qualification is recognized by the European Association for Body Psychotherapy (EABP). I am a graduate of the “The Differentiation and Worthiness Couples and Family Therapy Program” led by Amittai Megged (DBCT). I hold a B.A. in Economics and Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Ben Gurion University.
Alongside my formal studies, over the years I have participated in various courses and workshops. Among them: Lucid Dream therapy, Dream Yoga, diverse methods of working with dreams, Primal 1 2 3, Tantra and sexuality, facilitating women’s circles, creative writing, mindfulness, circular breathing, focusing and more.
I believe that success in therapy depends, first and foremost, on the chemistry between the patient and the therapist. For this reason, I invite you to schedule an initial consultation call. The call is free of charge and lasts about fifteen minutes. In order for me to give you my full attention, the conversation should be scheduled in advance.
